Fulfillments and Returns

Once the order is placed, allow 3 to 4 business days to be shipped. If an item is no longer available you will be refunded.

Standard delivery orders are shipped via United Parcel Service or USPS. An email will be sent to you with the UPS tracking number and expected date of delivery. 

Once the order is processed, you will receive two emails. The first confirms your order is processed and the second confirms shipping information.

RETURN POLICY 

If you find you are not in love with your purchase, we accept unworn products within 30 days from date of ship on receipt in exchange for store credit. No cash refunds. Returned merchandise is required to be in original, unworn condition, tags attached, and accompanied by receipt.

You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs or return your purchase to one of our stores.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1:
Send an email to SaratogaSundress@gmail.com; provide your name, address, receipt number, item style number and reason for return. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email with a return authorization number and further detail on where to send your item.

Please include the print out with the merchandise so that we are able to credit you correctly.

Step 2: Addressing and shipping your return
Please write the return address clearly on the face of the package. We suggest writing in block letters 3 inches high. And for your protection, we strongly recommend that the package is returned in a manner requiring a signature. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and reimbursement of shipping is not provided. Please send your return to Saratoga Sundress, 493 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with your Saratoga Sundress store credit information.
